Activity & audit
Every create, update, status change and business action is logged with the actor, time and metadata.
Activity (/activity)
A company-wide timeline: who did what, when, on which record. Filter by user, module, record type, action or date. Each entry links to the record.
What is logged
- Record changes — create / update / delete with the changed attributes (
Audit::RecordChange). - Business actions — submit, approve, reject, post, cancel, start count, reverse journal, send e-mail, login, invitation, permission change (
Audit::Logger), with structured metadata (e.g. amounts, step number). - Sona — tool invocations and confirmed creations.
- Portal — partner submissions (bids, bank-detail changes, acceptances).
Per record
Open any document → Activity tab for its own history. Employees have a "Connected work" view showing documents where the person acted as technician, sales agent or driver.
Exports for auditors
Finance → Audit Export produces SAF-T XML or a GoBD-oriented ZIP of posted ledgers for a period.
