Integrations (EDI / connector fabric)

Partner profiles, inbound webhooks, and outbound message outbox for PO, ASN, invoice, and functional acks.

Available under Settings → Integrations (/integrations). Permissions: integrations.profiles.* and integrations.messages.*.

What it is

A company-scoped connector fabric for trading partners — not a certified SAP IDoc / AS2 / VAN product. Partners exchange Orka canonical JSON (optionally wrapped with X12/EDIFACT-style keys such as 856 / 810) over HTTPS.

MessageDirectionEffect
poOutboundConfirmed purchase order pushed to partner endpoint
po_ackInboundApplies supplier PO acknowledgement
asnInboundCreates a submitted advance shipment notice
invoiceInboundCreates a draft purchase invoice (by product code)
invoiceOutboundPosted sales invoice pushed to partner
functional_ackBothMarks messages acked / failed

Partner profiles

  1. Create a profile linked to a Partner.
  2. Set transport (webhook, http_poll, or manual_upload) and outbound endpoint URL for webhook.
  3. Copy the inbound URL (/api/v1/integrations/inbound/:token) and send partners the shared secret (X-Orka-Integration-Secret or Authorization: Bearer …).
  4. Default subscriptions are created for PO confirmed, sales invoice posted, and ASN submitted.

Message monitor

Inbound and outbound envelopes show status (received → processing → processed / failed / acked). Failed outbound messages can be retried. Test push sends a functional_ack probe to the partner endpoint.

  • Procurement ASNs and portal PO ack: Procurement
  • Punchout (cXML/OCI) remains a separate catalog flow on /procurement/punchout
