CRM
Leads to opportunities to customers — pipeline, activities, campaigns, competitors, public bookings, lead scoring, forecast, win/loss and attribution.
Available with the CRM module.
Leads (/crm/leads)
Capture (manual, web form, campaign import) and qualify leads: source, company size, contact, score. Convert creates a partner (client) and an opportunity.
Web form
Leads → Web form sets up a public contact form at /lead/<company> (and /lead/<company>/embed for an iframe). The dialog shows the public link and an embed snippet to copy.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Enable web form | Off by default. When off, the link and embed show a not found page |
| Default owner | Assigned to every new web form lead and notified in-app and by e-mail. If empty, everyone who can edit leads is notified |
| Campaign | Optional campaign to attribute web form leads to |
| Require consent | Visitors must tick the consent box before sending |
Visitors enter name, company, e-mail, phone, message and an optional consent box. Each submission becomes a lead with source Web form and status New; the message is saved in the lead's notes and a ticked consent box is recorded with its time. The form uses a hidden honeypot field and a limit of 5 submissions per minute per visitor to keep spam out.
Opportunities (/crm/opportunities)
Deals linked to partners: stage, value, probability, expected close, owner, competitors, next action. Create a quotation from an opportunity; won deals close when the order is confirmed.
Pipeline (/crm/pipeline)
Kanban by stage with weighted value and ageing; drag a card to change stage.
Activities (/crm/activities)
Calls, meetings, tasks and notes against leads, opportunities and partners. "My day" view.
Campaigns (/crm/campaigns)
Build audience lists from leads and partners, send e-mail, track cost vs attributed revenue.
Competitors (/crm/competitors)
Who you win and lose against across the pipeline.
Bookings (/crm/bookings)
Appointment services offered on /book/<company> or an embed widget (Calendly-style): services, durations, staff availability, confirmations; bookings become activities.
Scoring (/crm/scoring)
Points for company size, source, engagement and activities; caps at 100; drives lead prioritisation.
Forecast (/crm/forecast)
Weighted, committed and best-case pipeline by period, stage, agent or region.
Win / Loss (/crm/win-loss)
Closed deals by reason, competitor and agent — win rate and cycle length.
Attribution (/crm/attribution)
Which sources and campaigns produce customers; funnel and activity levels.
