Navigating Uktupus
Every module uses the same screens — learn them once.
Sidebar
- Top: Dashboard, Control Tower, Analytics, Sona.
- Modules: Master Data, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, Manufacturing, HR, Projects, CRM, Helpdesk, Field Service, Fleet, Cleaning, Retail, Camp & Facility, Agriculture. A module shows only if your company is licensed for it and your role can read something in it.
- Profile menu (top-right): Team, Roles & Permissions, Document Types, E-mail Templates, Print Layouts, My Approvals, Approval Workflows, Custom Fields, Localization & Compliance, Activity, Company Profile.
List pages
- Header — title, primary action (New), secondary actions (export, import, print).
- Toolbar — search, status filter, date range, saved filters.
- Table — click a row to open it. Status colours are the same everywhere: grey draft, blue in progress, green posted/approved, red rejected/cancelled.
Document dialogs
- Header fields — partner, dates, warehouse, currency, reference.
- Lines — product picker with search, quantity, unit, price, discount, tax; lot/serial pickers when the product is tracked.
- Totals — net, tax, total.
- Actions — Save draft, Submit, Approve/Reject, Post, Cancel, PDF, E-mail, Duplicate, Delete (draft only).
Drafts autosave while you type; the status line shows "Saved" / "Saving…".
Pickers
Partner, product, employee, account and warehouse pickers are searchable: type to filter, arrow keys to move, Enter to pick. Where allowed, Create new… opens a quick-create form without leaving the document.
PDF and e-mail
Partner-facing documents have Download PDF and Send e-mail. The PDF uses your print layout; the e-mail uses your template in the partner's language.
Flow pages
Sales, Procurement and Inventory have a Flow page — a live pipeline showing counts and values per stage. Click a stage to filter and find stuck documents.
Languages
The app is available in English and Macedonian. PDFs and e-mails follow the partner's language (English, Macedonian, Albanian, German).
