Custom fields
Add your own fields to master records and documents; they appear in forms, lists, filters, exports and PDFs.
Open Profile menu → Custom Fields.
Where you can add them
Partners, Products, Projects, Employees, Work orders, Quotations, Sales orders, Purchase requests, Purchase orders.
Field types

Each field has a label, an optional required flag, a position, and switches for showing it in lists, filters and PDFs.
Where they show up
- In the create/edit dialog, below the standard fields.
- As optional columns and filters on the list page.
- In CSV/XLSX exports and on PDFs (through print layout blocks).
- Sona can read them when answering questions about a record.
Approvals
Approval workflows per document type, multi-step rules by amount, days or hours, the My Approvals inbox, and what happens when a document is approved.
Print layouts
Per document type and language — logo, header, footer, bank details, terms and custom blocks, with versioning and live PDF preview.
