Projects
WBS-based project controlling with schedule, portfolio view, construction bills of quantities, progress billing, retentions and subcontracts.
Available with the Projects module.
Projects (/projects)
Statuses draft → active → on_hold → closed | cancelled. A project has a WBS (work breakdown structure) of elements with planned cost, dates and responsible; budget with its own approval (project_budget: draft → submitted → approved → locked); and controlling: actual cost from purchase invoices, goods issues, timesheets and payroll tagged with the project, revenue from invoices and progress billing, margin.
Schedule (/projects/schedule)
WBS Gantt — pick a project, drag elements to reschedule, dependencies and milestones.
Portfolio (/projects/portfolio)
Controlling summary across all projects: budget vs actual vs committed, progress, margin, status.
Bill of Quantities (/projects/boq) — BOQ
Construction measurement schedules: items, units, quantities, rates; linked to projects; basis for progress claims.
Progress Billing (/projects/progress-billing) — PPB
Interim claims against BoQ or subcontract progress (% complete or measured quantities); generates sales invoices; tracks certified vs claimed.
Retentions (/projects/retentions) — PRE
Amounts withheld from progress billings until release conditions are met; release creates the invoice/credit.
Subcontracts (/projects/subcontracts) — PSC
Subcontractor agreements linked to projects: scope, value, schedule of values; subcontractor claims → purchase invoices with retention.
